Challenge for Hydrafacial

Hydrafacial, a leading name in the skincare industry, sought to revamp its existing B2B loyalty program & build a new consumer loyalty app to better serve its partners & consumers globally. The primary goals were to launch a global consumer loyalty & gamification app to engage with their consumers, strengthen their dominance in the skincare market as well as growing the partner base & improving the retention with their network of providers. To achieve this, they required a proven & scalable Salesforce solution that could integrate seamlessly with their existing Salesforce CRM, B2B E-commerce platform & ERP to handle the requirements of their B2B and B2C business models. Requirements to deploy this program were as follows;

  • Salesforce App: The solution needed to be built on the powerful Salesforce technology in order to be installed onto HydraFacial’s existing Salesforce CRM to easy access & manipulate data.
  • Headless (API-Driven) Architecture: Hydrafacial's existing loyalty platform required a powerful loyalty engine to maximize its potential. A headless solution was necessary to ensure the platform could handle all the heavy backend work in collaboration with in-house developed mobile application, allowing for greater flexibility and faster adaptation to new business needs.
  • Refined Business Capabilities: Given the complexity of Hydrafacial's business model, the vendor needed to possess deep domain expertise. The team & solution had to be tailored to meet specific business requirements, enabling Hydrafacial to achieve its objectives and elevate its service offerings.
  • An All-Round Solution To Power B2B & B2C Requirements: Due to their nature, the capabilities required to execute successful loyalty programs for B2B and B2C is different. The platform needed to house an advanced loyalty-engine & function set to support both programs with ease.
